Aleksandar Zivkovic has 19 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, starting in 2005 and joining High Sierra Pools in 2013. In 2022, he was promoted to Regional Manager for the Arlington, VA area, overseeing 80 accounts in Crystal City, Pentagon City, Rosslyn, and Clarendon. Aleksandar manages operations, ensures service excellence, and maintains strong customer relationships. He is dedicated to creating safe, enjoyable pool environments and continually seeks innovative ways to enhance operations and client satisfaction.

Damir Trecevski is a Regional Manager since 2015. Prior to this role, he started working at High Sierra Pools in 2011 as an Area Supervisor. In his current role, he develops and implements division goals, policies, and procedures, ensuring efficient daily operations and compliance with health regulations. He also oversees staff management, marketing strategies, and proposal presentations. He holds AED, CPR, and CPO certifications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Damir has an associate degree in business economics and brings extensive industry experience from various pool companies.

With over 15 years of experience in business management, Daniela Vasileva joined the leadership team of High Sierra Pools in 2015. She is a head of one of the company’s largest portfolios in Washington DC. Her many qualities, her stamina and devotion helped her intercompany growth. With a bachelor’s degree in business management, Daniela undoubtedly contributes to the continuously expanding company’s shares in the region and assists in affirming the brand’s reputation. Daniela is fluent in Spanish, enjoys traveling, diving into new cultures and meeting with different traditions. She treasures the time spent with family and friends.

Uros Jelenkovic serves as the Regional Manager at High Sierra Pools, managing pool facilities across Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. With over a decade of experience in the aquatic industry, he excels in strategic planning and operational management. Uros ensures compliance with health regulations and leads a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. An active member of NSPF and a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, he holds a degree in computer science and enjoys basketball and running.

Vladimir Popovic has been with High Sierra Pool since 2010, advancing from an entry-level lifeguard to Regional Manager for the North Virginia Area. With a bachelor’s degree in economics, his passion and dedication have driven his career progression. Vladimir is a strong leader known for fostering collaborative environments and building strong client and team relationships. His commitment to personal and professional growth ensures that challenges are met with enthusiasm and innovative solutions.

Milan Stankovic is the Regional Director for Central and North-Central Maryland. With a career starting in the 2000s as a lifeguard, Milan has progressed through roles including pool manager, Service Technician, and area Supervisor, eventually becoming a Regional and District Manager. He holds a master’s degree from the University for Business and Industrial Management Union in Belgrade and has authored several articles on pool maintenance, construction, and operations, further establishing his expertise in the industry.
